About Federica
Federica Grazi is the founder of Mitos Relocation, a consultancy that helps people plan and execute their move abroad in retirement.
She began her career at J.P. Morgan, where she advised ultra-high-net-worth individuals and governments on wealth management and fiscal policy. An Italian now based in London, Federica has lived in eight countries — experience that gives her a practical and personal understanding of what it really means to relocate.
At Mitos Relocation, she combines financial insight, bureaucratic know-how, and local research to help clients move with confidence — from choosing the right destination to managing tax, immigration, and the everyday logistics of starting fresh somewhere new.

Federica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University and two Master’s degrees — in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and International Management — from ESADE and the CEMS Global Alliance. She studied across Italy, Brazil, Spain, and Russia.
Federica also serves as Trustee and Secretary of the Board at the Third Age Project, a UK charity focused on promoting active ageing and social inclusion for people over 60.
